Elecsis is a multi discipline Engineering Services Company based in Bridgwater, Somerset where we offer design, manufacture, testing, installation and commissioning of electrical switchgear and process control equipment covering both MV and LV applications.

We offer a wide range of fully type tested equipment not only to the required electrical standards of IEC 60439 and 61439 but also IEC 61641 Arc Containment incorporating both ABB and Schneider equipment, shock (up to 70g), seismic and EMC.  Dealing with blue chip companies worldwide across all major sectors including the MoD their core business being MV/LV switchgear, package sub-stations, sub-distribution equipment, Motor Control Centres, process PLC cabinets for which they also develop and write the process logic code and SCADA systems for schemes where competitively priced, technically compliant, quality products are required to meet client deadlines.  Elecsis also have dedicated installation teams for busbar (standard and cast resin) and cabling and offer many forms of training both on and off site. 

We are pleased to announce that after successfully working since 2013 with KTE, South Korea’s largest award winning switchgear manufacturing company on multi-million pound switchgear contracts for UK, Norwegian and Thai government projects, KTE has now acquired Elecsis as it’s UK and European facility.  KTE have a turnover of $100M, in excess of 250 personnel and have been awarded numerous government awards and manufacture a wide range of products including MV and LV switchgear for marine and industrial applications worldwide.  With continual investment in their large R&D department they are at the forefront of their field and with Elecsis have jointly developed ranges of arc contained switchgear using ABB and Schneider components.  The KTE range of equipment, including withdrawable MV has enhanced our already wide and diverse type tested product range with fault levels up to 130kA to add to our own including which cover shock, vibration, seismic, EMC and arc containment.
